Please ensure the Order Form is printed out, completed, and Posted with your shoes to:

When the shoes are received we will completely review them and send you an invoice via email

 

Once the Invoice has been paid we will begin repairing your shoes, aiming for a minimum two-week turnaround time from the payment date

After finishing the climbing shoes we will post them back to you
